The building consists of the Casa Bassa (Low House), with 3 double bedrooms and a single room with an additional bed if required. The Casa Bassa can be divided into 2 apartments, on request, each with two rooms, living room and kitchen.

Here can also be found the Torre (tower), the master’s Casa Alta and the Torrino Biblioteca (small tower/library).

The various buildings are connected by the stone stairs which lead to the garden full of flowers and shaded by olive trees.

The arrangement of areas allows to have groups of guests distributed in the three sitting rooms and in the many corners outside:
